What are your jewelry made of?
We pride ourselves in delivering jewelry that's water-resistant, tarnish-resistant, hypoallergenic, and nickel-free. We use qualified electroplating machines to improve tarnish resistance, and high quality materials, including cubic zirconia stones, 18K gold, sterling silver and stainless steel. Our jewelry are also mixed with metals and alloy to make it sturdier, harder and more durable. Exact materials associated with each style are listed on their product detail page.
We want these pieces to last you decades so do read on for care instructions on sustaining the life of these pieces.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Most jewelry can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid exposing jewelry to household bleach and soap, which will quickly cause the surface discolor and possibly disintegrate. Between wearings, we recommend that you place it back in its original case or another suitably lined box or pouch.
Can I make returns or exchanges?
At the moment, customers can return products that were defective or damaged in shipping within 30 days of receiving the package. Just send a request on our Contact Us page and we will arrange a return label to be mailed to you.
Can I ship my order to an international location?
We currently offer USPS Worldwide to the following countries: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and United Kingdom.
How much is shipping?
Ilene & Co. offers complimentary shipping for all US only online orders above $50 and $1.99 for orders under $50. International orders are given a special rate of $10.99 and shipping is complimentary if you spend over $120.
What if an Item I like is out of stock?
By clicking on the Contact Us in tab above, you can submit a request with the item names and we will notify you once it's back in stock. We also introduce pre-order options which usually take 2 weeks time.
